Arrange an appointment (currently not available)

Coronavirus update: Due to the current crisis we can no longer offer face to face interviews.  Please click the ‘Coronavirus consequences’ link at the top of the list ‘Select Advice Topic’ for our latest contact arrangements and and important safety bulletins including emergency details.

You can call in without an appointment during our drop in times: You will be offered an initial check by an adviser to help us to identify the best route for you to take in getting your problem solved. You may be directed to our website, given some information to take away or, if it is better for you, we may signpost you to another agency. Alternatively we may arrange for you to see a specialist adviser.

What to bring with you

When you attend a drop in session, it’s important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible. If you don’t bring the necessary paperwork with you, you may have to come back another time. This means it could take you longer to get the help you need. The link below gives you an idea of the kind of information it’s useful to bring with you. If you haven’t got everything that’s shown, don’t worry – bring as much as you can find.
