We are still here for everyone but we can no longer offer face to face advice.

To manage demand for our service we are increasing our telephone advice availability.

You can now call us on 0808 278 7959 on Monday,Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00, a member of the team will take your details and arrange a call back to you. Calls to this number are free of charge.

You can also email us at advice@cacopeland.org with your name, contact information and details of your enquiry.

Citizens Advice Nationally

Our National adviceline is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00 on 0800 144 88 48.

Our advisers are there to help you resolve your problem.

We explain your options and the possible outcomes of different courses of action. We don’t tell you what to do; we encourage you to make your own decisions and act on your own behalf. We aim to help you manage your own problems by identifying options for you.
